Sovoroom Improvement Partnership
A sustained, collaborative partnership to build internal capacity for continuous improvement and equity-driven problem solving.
This is not a one-time workshop or quick fix. The Partnership is a flexible, long-term collaboration designed to help schools, districts, and networks embed continuous improvement into their work. With experience supporting a wide range of organizations to do and to learn to do improvement work, we currently partner closely with school and central office teams to address persistent challenges together, build internal capacity, and align efforts across roles and levels so that equity and improvement become shared sustainable practices.

Coaching Through Complexity: A Community of Practice
This Community of Practice brings together improvement coaches to explore the craft of coaching—especially the complex, relational, and adaptive work of guiding teams through change. Rooted in a shared domain of improvement science, our community fosters connection, reflection, and growth across contexts. Through scenario-based practice, peer consultation, and structured reflection, we learn together to navigate common coaching dilemmas and strengthen our practice.
